Jen, I have a suggestion of being more specific. For example, this is what I see: lots of sugar and probably more fat content than we are aware of. Niether of these things are bad in themselves. It matters when moderation is concerned, and that there is not balance in the kinds of food there are. It can also become problematic depending on what kind of sugar and fat it is. (highly processed sugars, hydrogenated fats, high-fructose corn syrup, etc.) Instead of broad sweeping statements, can you work on the more specifics of what you are seeing? And it may have to be that you look at and document the ingredients. I also think it will be relavant what store this is. (and lastly, isn't tuna healthy?)
